Chelsea played their third game of the 2024/2025 season against Crystal Palace in Stamford Bridge. Enzo Maresca made one change to the starting eleven that played against Wolves. Neto replaced Mudryk in the team after his impressive cameo against Wolves. The Blues started the game on the front foot and their 45 minutes display can be considered the best football they have played under Enzo Maresca. Chelsea’s second-half display was unimpressive and the Blues ended up drawing 1-1 with Crystal Palace. Noni Madueke and Cole Palmer came close to putting Chelsea ahead but their efforts were saved by Dean Henderson. Nicholas Jackson Put Chelsea ahead after a beautiful assist from Cole Palmer. The Blues pressed on in pursuit of a second goal, and Palmer's free-kick was well saved by Dean Henderson after the interval. Despite Chelsea’s efforts to score the second goal, it was Crystal Palace that got an equalizer through Eberechi Eze. Eberechi Eze produced a fantastic equalize
